About This Series:
For 19 years, the Board of Trade has partnered with TD for the Morning Star Speaker Series. This year’s three-part experience is centered on Small Moves, Big Leadership—exploring how meaningful impact is driven by everyday decisions, human connection, and real-world context.
Designed as a modern leadership experience, the series moves beyond traditional programming by placing executives in immersive, unexpected settings that bring leadership concepts to life. Aligned with TD’s “More Human” approach, each session highlights the balance between innovation and intuition—showing how leadership today requires both technological awareness and human-centered thinking.
