This year’s TD Bank Morning Star Speaker Series is designed to elevate leadership through human connection. Inspired by TD Bank’s Unexpectedly Human campaign, this three-part series integrates experiential learning in dynamic settings, providing executives and professionals with practical tools to enhance leadership agility, emotional intelligence, and communication. 

Session 2: Strategic Leadership Decision-Making Through Culinary Teamwork

This unique experience invites you to step out of the boardroom and into the kitchen, where collaboration, creativity, and trust are the key ingredients. MGM’s Executive Chef Anthony Cieplinski will guide teams through the art of crafting custom pizzas while weaving in leadership insights on communication, adaptability, trust-building, and shared ownership both in the kitchen and in business. 

You are welcome to attend individually and be paired with a peer, or to bring a rising leader from your organization to share in the experience. 

Following the culinary session, attendees will enjoy a seated lunch featuring their creations, paired with a discussion on leadership development, mentorship, and building resilient teams for the future.
