Betsy’s practice focuses on labor and employment law, civil rights law, and litigation. She works on a broad spectrum of employment issues. Betsy will share her knowledge on the following topics related to COVID-19:

  • Operational considerations, including essential personnel and functions, remote work, salary reductions, furloughs, and layoffs
  • Understanding and complying with leave under the new Federal Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)
  • Navigating the intersection of OSHA’s requirement that an employer provide a safe workplace and privacy obligations under the ADA and similar statutes
