The Board of Trade will host a Salon Reception at Hotel Zena – part hotel and part art gallery.

On this afternoon, guests will hear from Nora Gardner, Senior Partner, Washington DC at McKinsey & Company, who will discuss recent findings from the McKinsey & Company’s Women in the Workplace 2022 report. Following, we’ll hear from Carolyn Carpenter, National Capital Region President for the Johns Hopkins Health System about how they’ve built an inclusive leadership team.
