Building the Capital Region’s Next Chapter

A tradition since 1889, the Board of Trade Annual Meeting presented by Kaiser Permanente brings members together to celebrate achievements and shape our strategic vision for the year ahead.

This year, we’ll explore how Greater Washington can build a more diversified and competitive economy as the federal footprint changes and AI reshapes the way we work and do business.

Following a keynote address, a panel featuring perspectives from technology, global business, research, and higher education will examine how AI is changing the outlook for the region’s economy. The conversation will explore the implications for investment, workforce needs, and the energy and infrastructure required to support growth and challenge assumptions about where new opportunities will emerge.

The morning will also include reflections on the Board of Trade’s work in 2026, annual business, and the transition of leadership as we look ahead to 2027.

Each attendee must register individually using the appropriate link below. Each member receives a complimentary ticket; additional tickets can be purchased.
