Building the Capital Region’s Next Chapter

A tradition since 1889, the Board of Trade Annual Meeting presented by Kaiser Permanente brings members together to celebrate achievements and shape our strategic vision for the year ahead.

This year, we’ll explore the possibilities of the future and how Greater Washington can build a more diversified economy as the federal footprint changes. Bringing together perspectives from government, business, and higher education, the conversation will examine how the region can turn its strengths into new opportunities for investment, job growth, and economic progress.

Following a keynote address, regional university leaders will discuss how they are preparing students for a changing workforce, adapting academic programs to employer needs, and creating career pathways beyond federal employment and contracting. We’ll also explore how businesses and universities can work together to keep talent in the Capital Region.

Join fellow members and regional leaders for a morning of conversation, connection, and a look at what comes next.

Registration

This event is reserved for Board of Trade member companies and their invited guests.

Each attendee must register individually. A confirmation email with event logistics will be sent by the GWBOT Events Team as the date approaches. Please add the event to your calendar after registering.

• Complimentary Registration: Contact the Events Team to coordinate attendance for your organization.
• Paid Registration: $275 per ticket.
