Deborah Rutter\, President of the Kennedy Center\, will share how arts and culture can drive social and policy reform. Following Deborah’s opening\, enjoy an immersive performance from the national touring play\, The Smiles Behind; a part of Enough! Plays to End Gun Violence. \nTo conclude\, the newly appointed Chief of the Metropolitan Police Department\, Chief Pamela Smith\, will sit down with Deborah and playwright Niarra C. Bell for a conversation facilitated by Board of Trade Presidnet & CEO Jack McDougle. \n \nRegistration:\nThis event is reserved for member companies and their invited guests only. \nEach Board of Trade member organization receives at least one complimentary ticket and attendance is strongly encouraged.
