Special Event with Virginia Governor Tim Kaine

More than 400 members of the Greater Washington Board of Trade and the Northern Virginia Technology Council gathered at the McLean Hilton on Feb. 15 to hear Virginia Governor Tim Kaine speak. Governor Kaine discussed his plans to raise more transportation dollars through higher taxes on insurance premiums, taxes on car purchases and through higher fines for chronically bad drivers.
