Great Places to Work Morning Session & Luncheon - Oct. 18, 2007

Great Places to Work Attracts Region’s Workforce.

This year’s Great Places to Work luncheon, in partnership with the Washingtonian Magazine, attracted a sold-out crowd and honored regional organizations that excel at making their employees motivated. Keynote speaker Paul Speranza (Wegmans Food Markets) discussed the root of good business: how you treat your employees affects how they treat your customers, which impacts your bottom line. The morning session featured a panel of experts who discussed how to exceed the expectations of your workforce, design elements in the workplace, trends in today’s workforce, and using employee benefits as a recruiting tool.
