Introduction to Work Life Balance: Addressing Perfectionism and Asking for What You Want

This session explores the "Sticky Floors" for women business leaders today, focusing on three issues in particular: work/life balance, a drive for perfectionism and communicating boldly. Participants will take a diagnostic, self-assessment and will discuss areas of interest to identify specific recommendations for getting 'unstuck.' Presented by Becky Shambaugh, President and CEO of Shambaugh Leadership and author of It's Not a Glass Ceiling, It's a Sticky Floor. Session will be followed by a panel of regional women executives offering insights and lessons learned in time management; how they knew when it was time to move on in their career; perfectionism and learning to 'let go'; and tips on asking for what you want.
