What’s it about

Have you ever wondered what Executive Presence really means? This session will examine core elements as well as how and when you need to “show up” to be considered as someone having it. Participants will also look at ways women inadvertently appear to lack executive presence and how to avoid these particular pitfalls. Content areas include:

  • Speaking Up to Show Up
  • Do’s and Don’ts for All Occasions

This session will be followed by a panel of regional female executives who will share advice for developing political savvy and identify qualities for executive presence and how they perceive their "presence."
