On September 16th, the Business Workshop Series featured Mike Skiados, Director of Communities and Networks for ASAE and The Center, who shared techniques for enhancing the value and efficiency of meetings. Focusing on basic but key elements, Skiados emphasized the need for proper planning and involvement for only strategic participants. He also offered tips for developing agendas, maintaining engagement through technology, performing effective follow-up and tracking progress of action items.
