What’s it about

Strong customer service is a business essential. While most people would probably agree with the generic definition of good customer service: prompt and courteous attention delivered by smiling, friendly employees, what if a business wants to kick it up a notch? What is great customer service?

On Wednesday, September 15, join the Greater Washington Board of Trade for a seminar with Elizabeth Mullins, Vice President and Area General Manager for The Ritz-Carlton. This interactive discussion will help identify those elements that are critical to fostering an environment of service including selecting the right people, setting performance standards, offering training and fostering staff member accountability.

*NOTE: The September 15th Business Workshop has been modified from the originally marketed program (time management). If you previously registered for the workshop on time management, please re-register to ensure your attendance at this event.
